Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions — from recruitment to employee engagement — ensuring that our studio remains a vibrant and productive space for artists and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Drive the recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent in VFX/CGI/creative domains.
⦁ Manage employee records, payroll, and attendance.
⦁ Build and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
⦁ Support performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
⦁ Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and studio guidelines.
⦁ Address employee concerns and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Requirements
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
⦁ 1–3 years of experience in HR (experience in media/VFX/creative industry is a plus).
⦁ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
⦁ Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
⦁ Knowledge of HR tools and software.
